New week, new goals and new opportunities not least! Sure, I love Mondays in many ways, while they can be incredibly boring sometimes. It became a bit so-so ending the week that was, I must admit it. The training was carried out with the exception of the weekend, but the diet was a bit so-so. Well, you just have to get back on the horse, it helps, after all, nothing in the world to eat chocolate usps shipping does it? Yes, with that as I ought to have a part to work towards summer, do not you think? Running I actually feel that I'm starting to really get the hang of and it's so fun! Otherwise it's not really the overall goal to go down in body fat percentage, and strength training / cardio. Have got new exercise of a super girl, then start it today. She has much more bearing than me, and have "custom made" a program for me to get down fat percentage trainer at home I then ... but it works out well!

Good luck with your goals, they manage you! My first mil I actually ran in a street races, and I think must have been the smartest thing I've done-evert! For after that I got an amazing sense of achievement, and just wanted to run even more. The following year I participated again, without much concrete mil-running practice and jaggu I got the measure of approx. 55min! Stand on Helene ;)

Good luck with your goals, Helene! These goals I liked, both in relation to endurance and strength. Importance of variety You can do it! Until this fall I trained without specific goals. Enjoyed the workout so well by itself and improve health and quality of life were good enough performance in itself. But then I had to change the training part due to an injury and then I decided to be more targeted. And boy has it paid off. I have achieved four of five goals I sat in January of evaluation June 1st: 20 consecutive pushups, 60 kg bench press, 3,000 m under 15 minutes and 1 mil in about 50 min. That last goal was pullup with weight and I still work with Have put me new goals and that is in addition to mastering pullup, lifting my own body weight in the deadlift and squat and run 4 4 intervals of 5 in slope and 13 in motion. Will be interesting to see how this goes. You are a great inspiration, Helen! I'm sure you will reach your goals
