. In all, and I mean really ENTIRE back. The train-with-own-body weight session on Monday was good, the. Perhaps a bit of "good", since I had such pain in my shoulder yesterday that I was almost a little sour ... Teacher never ..! But today I have no pain in my shoulder, I only have pain in just about every lean muscle I have in the back of the torso. This experience is very long since I've had - it feels like someone has beaten me over the back billboard!
We started the session with a pull-ups pyramid. Started with 1, continued up to 7, and worked down to 1 It's 13 sets. However, since there are only 49 reps, so i had to run two of the last set too, just like it was 50 I think that the 50 is not much, top set is the only 7 repetitions, but right now so I think that 50 is more than enough! Continued with dips, there were a total of 60 repetitions with body weight in 5 sets. It's not like an awful lot, but again, obviously uspc enough! Because I know it dipsmusklene also - be safe! Finished with push ups / renegade rows with kettlebells. I used bullets of 12 kg and drove 10 reps, where one repetition consists of a push-up and a "strokes" on each arm. There is also a pretty hefty challenge to the core muscles, which must hold plank position all the time and have to work lots of anti rotation when the support surface is changed in a cool lifted from the ground. It was no more than these three exercises (and a bit of step-hour when, having two strength components) was needed that I now feel mistreated. Oh well!
Yesterday was an interval session on the treadmill and some rehab on his shoulders with elastic, cable and manuals, plus some abdominal uspc exercise. Tonight I trained legs, focusing on the back of the thigh; nordic hamstrings, leg extention (must have some front and), and lying lårcurl with manual. Not all the world, maybe, but again, probably right now :)
I'm starting to feel that it's dark outside now ... And even though it's not exactly a fall depression, then I notice that it is insanely much harder to get up in the morning. In addition, it feels like late at night when the clock is 17, so the day is somehow a bit shorter. uspc Today I had most wanted to put me under the covers and stay there until the end of February, but I suppose to get over this hump too :)
On days like flavors in any case even better with some good supper. Tonight was oatmeal with cinnamon bun flavor. It goes a little faster than making bowls, and although it is not as sticky and airy, so it tastes good!
I cooked oatmeal with a little stevia vanilla, cardamom and salt. So I touched the little cinnamon bun essence that I have left, but almost never comes that I can use. That's how you can buy where they sell baking equipment, for example with Funnel float. I usually use protein uspc powder in porridge, but today I replace this with eggs and cottage cheese. Stir in the egg whites at the end of the cooking time and stir until they turn white. Pull the pan from the heat before stirring into the plums and cottage cheese, so you have to eat something that looks more like omelette. On top I had of course lots of cinnamon and Sukrin, a little butter, chopped almonds and raisins. No problem eating up everything in any case :)
Now I lay me so I get up in the morning, so I get the job done and get me ready for Halloween. We will be celebrating for 3 days in the shop - so when Saturday night comes and all is ready for the Halloween celebration so I expect that I'm reasonably done!
