Personal record in Kipping Pull-ups ;) Kipping Pull-ups? To get to the "kipping hopshopgo movement" you have to use the whole body (back, hopshopgo shoulders, chest, arms, legs, hips and stomach). You need good coordination and strength to carry it. The movement is explosive and you need flexibility in your shoulders to move rapidly and continuously. Besides playing the core muscles play an important role in the movement. It must be strong and explosive. Kipping Pull-ups are faster than regular pull-ups and therefore require more power and energy. This makes it more intensive than strict and regular pull-ups. Kipping Pull-ups can be compared to how gymnasts work in rings and high bar. The video below shows my record kipping pull-ups.
