PostNL and TNT are not the same from what I have read on the net :/ seller told me that the parcel will come back to him and returned to me with the correct address we will have to wait say odd j ' trying to find the point relay marseille but could not find anything to go back my parcel

I had the same problem ... booya And besides get the number "dpd" which enables you to find your parcel in chronopost .. you can not do anything. The only one who can get this number, the caller PostNL seller in Holland. In fact, usually when chrono gls italy is unable to deliver trying to find your number in the phone book and called to leave a message.
